Where does my order ship from?
Good news: no sketchy international detours. If you're in Canada, your order is printed and shipped right here in Canada. If you're in the U.S., same deal — it ships from within the U.S. No passports required for your tee.
(In the rare case we're out of stock on the Canadian side, we'll sort it out — but that almost never happens.)
Where are the t-shirts actually made?
Jagged Edge Design is proudly Canadian-owned, and all our designs are born right here in Canada. We print through local partners on both sides of the border, so nothing crosses it — meaning zero customs, duties, or tariff surprises at your door. You're welcome.
The tees themselves are Comfort Colors by Gildan — also a Canadian-owned company. They make their shirts mainly in Central America, they're members of the Fair Labor Association (https://www.fairlabor.org/member/gildan-activewear-inc/), and they use ethical, sustainable production practices. So you can feel as good wearing it as you look.
Are the sizes true to size?
All our apparel is unisex sizing — which basically means it lands in the middle ground. It runs a touch roomier than typical women's sizes and a little more fitted than typical men's. Think: relaxed, not boxy.
We've included sizing charts and tips in the photo section of each product. Do yourself a favour and check those out before ordering — we want you swimming in compliments, not just swimming in fabric.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every item is made just for you, we can't do exchanges or refunds for sizing — which is why we really, really, really want you to check the sizing chart before you order. (It's in the photos. It's right there. It's begging to be read.)
That said, if something shows up with a quality issue, we've got you. We'll make it right with a replacement — no drama.
How do I wash this thing without ruining it?
Treat it right and it'll stay looking fresh for years. Here's the lowdown:
- Machine wash inside out in cold water (max 30°C / 90°F)
- Non-chlorine bleach only, if needed
- Hang to dry — The dryer (n low) won't ruin it but hanging will keep it looking great longer.
- Iron on medium heat (steam or dry) — but never directly on the design
- Skip the dry cleaner entirely
Will the colours look the same as on my screen?
Pretty much, yes! We've put real effort into making our product photos as accurate as possible. That said, every screen displays colour a little differently, so shades might look slightly different in person. It's not you, it's physics.
What makes these t-shirts so great, anyway?
Glad you asked. Our Comfort Colors premium tees are kind of a big deal:
- 100% US-grown cotton, ethically sourced and harvested
- Gildan is a proud member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol — fancy way of saying they care about doing things right
- Classic crewneck with a relaxed, easy fit
- Preshrunk medium-weight fabric with a slightly worn, vintage look (on purpose — it's a vibe)
- Knit in one piece using tubular knit, which cuts down on fabric waste
- Double-stitched seams that hold up wash after wash
Basically: they're soft, they last, and they look effortlessly good. What's not to love?
