Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something goes sideways, here's how we handle it.


When we absolutely make it right

If we sent you the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you — no questions asked. Just reach out to us at info@jaggededgedesign.ca within 30 days of your purchase date and include a photo of the issue. (A picture really does speed things up, and it's required to process your claim.) We'll sort it out.


Sizing — the honest truth

Every single item is made to order, just for you. That means we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing — which is exactly why we beg, plead, and gently nag you to check the sizing chart before you order. It's there for a reason. It loves you. Please use it.


Care matters

We also can't offer refunds on items that weren't cared for according to our washing instructions. The short version: wash inside out, cold water, hang to dry. The full version is on our care instructions page. Treat your tee right and it'll return the favour for years.


Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help — as long as your order hasn't gone into production yet. Since we're pretty on the ball, that window is usually just a few hours after purchase. So if you have second thoughts, don't sit on it.
